The amazing thing about working in the wedding industry for over ten years now, is having the pleasure of seeing how it has evolved. With each wedding I work, I still find myself being surprised and intrigued. Every wedding I photograph has its way of being unique and individual. This of course, is all in the details. Since the majority of couples follow the traditional structure of a wedding, it's really the little things that stand out and make the day special for the couple.
This includes everything from having the family dog wear a tuxedo and walk down the aisle during the ceremony
To the style of socks worn by the groomsmen
To having hidden messages on the bottom of the bride and groom's shoes
Or a unique form of transportation to the reception
It's these small details that make my job continuously fun and interesting. Each couple I work with offers a new perspective and shares their special day in a new way. I have always paid special attention to photographing the details in a wedding, and that is why after photographing hundreds of weddings I can still say, no two weddings are the same.
